Log into your PROCAM account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Labels
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the exterior of the shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
